Four ways to draw a line
Standard clean outline, taper (variable width that swells and thins along the path), texture (built from hand-drawn strips), and dashes.
Taper with real control
Seven width profiles – ellipse, leaf, tail, calligraphic, bulge, wave, even. Simple mode gives you start, middle, and end width with a peak-position slider; advanced mode hands you an interactive profile designer where you drag control points to shape the whole width envelope yourself.
Texture and corners
A library of hand-drawn texture strips with scale, repeat, and flip. Corners go sharp, round, or bevel, with adjustable size. Multi-path shapes let you dress inner and outer paths at different densities.
Bring your own
Import a vector path straight from the Express canvas, or upload an SVG – and pick exactly the shape you want from a multi-part file, nested shapes and all. Live compatibility feedback tells you when a selection can be dressed. Or start from a built-in shape (circle, square, star, triangle).
Native vector out
The result places back as a grouped, fully editable vector object – no flattened image, no pixels. What you dressed stays editable.
